REFUND POLICY
Tuition: We do not offer any refunds. However, if a student has been refused a visa by the British authorities in his/her country then a full refund will be granted on production of the original refusal letter. The amount refunded will exclude the registration fee of £45 and the bank charges.
There are no other grounds for a refund.
The School reserves the right to seek independent confirmation of visa refusals from the British authorities. Please note that when a student has booked through an educational agency if that student is granted a refund, then the refund will be made to that agency and the student should seek a refund from their booking agency.
The Registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances. We will make all refunds within 30 days. Any bank charges incurred by us will be deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right to expel a student for serious misconduct, without a refund of fees.
Accommodation: If a student wants to leave their home stay they must tell us and give one week's notice.
If a student cancels their home stay they can use the extra accommodation money to pay for more English classes or for new accommodation (of the same type) but they cannot have a cash refund.
POSTPONEMENT
If a student cannot attend their course, they may postpone it.
All postponements must be made in writing.
We will send an invoice for a £45 rearrangement fee.
The student has 3 months in which to inform us of the new dates and pay the rearrangement fee.
We will hold all fees already received for the 3 month period
If we do not receive new dates within 3 months, the course will be cancelled and NO REFUND will be given.
